Can't thank this cheerful, friendly, family team enough for helping me to sell my deceased dad's flat. I had no idea what had to be done and they were always on hand to help either via email or a phone call and if I paid an unannounced visit to the office when I was passing, I was always made to feel welcome and each one would take time to say hello or have a few words. All were knowledgeable, informative, and kept me updated frequently, even why a viewing wasn't successful which is so important and I appreciate the honesty. Very professional. Can't fault them. A hugh thanks to all the team, they have been fantastic from start to finish, my property was sold in a few days. The photos that Dan done were excellent, the help and advise i received was professional and friendly, and they put you at ease throughout the whole process. This Estate Agency is an independent business and not part of a hugh organisation, they really do have time for people and i found they were always ready to help me, answering my questions etc. I highly recommend Elliott and Smith

Me and my partner are first time buyers and had looked at many properties and finally found our dream home. We haggled over the price and ended up offering £10,000 more over the guided price of £300,000 and got told it was ours and the house was sold on the website, only to be told an offer was put in higher than ours AFTER they had accepted our offer. After all the phone calls we had, we feel that we have been treated unfairly and would not recommend this estate agency to first time buyers. I have been in tears over this and the whole experience has left me heart broken.
