From the minute you arrive at Emma's you will feel at ease. Emma makes the process so easy and reassuring. The quality of the hair is honestly amazing - you won't find anything nearly as good anywhere else. It is so natural looking, so comfortable and honestly I am so relieved to have hair that feels like me again. Would recommend over and over.

I can't tell you just how wonderful Emma is. My already thin, fragile hair took further stick from post-Covid shedding and left me feeling miserable and very self-conscious. I thought I'd try somewhere out of Kent to maintain some physical distance and confidentiality but having read the wonderful reviews for Emma, I took the plunge and opted for a local specialist. From the initial contact to getting my wig, my life has been transformed. Emma was honest, caring and understanding. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Emma is simply wonderful. She is so knowledgeable about and sensitive to the needs of those who need/ want her services. Emma took me through the process of getting the right alternative hair for me. Her considerable hair-dressing skills enabled her to create the style that was right for me. This all takes place in a lovely, light, large peaceful room. I am eternally grateful to Emma. What a fantastic experience. Emma put me at ease straight away as I am very self conscious about my alopecia and was very concerned about going for the type of hair piece that Emma was offering. I have worn wigs for many years but have never come across anyone who fully understood my needs until I visited Emma. Emma is knowledgable, friendly and clearly knows her stuff. I am absolutely delighted with the new wig(s) and they look more natural than anything I have had in the past. I cannot thank Emma enough. Easiest 5 star review I have done, I would have given 10 stars if I could!

Was recommended this lady by chance whilst waiting outside the mobile cancer unit some months ago after I commented on a young girls wig.....anyway jumping to the good part. Contacted Emma and felt at ease straight away. Was booked an appointment within days . Nothing was too much trouble for thus lovely lady. She sure knows her stuff and all the nurses at the Cathedral day unit know her. 2 wigs were purchased and I get nothing but compliments.went back just to have my longer wig trimmed and again she did not dissapoint. Highly recommended. Xx
