DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday and when it didn’t arrive I phoned to chase. They said they didn’t have the ingredients so hadn’t made it - no communication no warning. Unbelievably poor service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a celebration cake from the English Cake Company in March 2022. The cake was never delivered and when I called to follow up no apology was offered just an excuse about the courier. I made a request for a refund but sadly never materialised despite making numerous phone calls and emails to chase over the coming months. Truly appalling way to treat people and run a business.
