Called upon Rick after one of my rental properties was visited by the council and I was issued an improvement order. This included some major electrical work to an outbuilding at the premises and an EIC of the entire property. I let him know it was a matter of urgency as I had a set time to comply with the improvement order or risk a fine/legal action. Rick assured me the work would be completed by the deadline, and he duly issued myself and the local authority with certification of the work carried out.. will be using this firm again, can’t recommend high enough.. friendly and trustworthy too. Landlords, get this companies number stored in your contacts!!
