Booked to hire a Van from Bradford north enterprise after been told there was availability. After they’d taken payment they called to ask rather than using it for the morning would I swap for an evening hire which wasn’t possibly due to deliveries booked in for 12pm so they had to cancel the order. It will be 10 days before they will refund the cost leaving me unable to source a van elsewhere. Talking to a mate in the trades who has also used this site he said Its a regular occurrence . Hard to tell if it’s overselling in case of cancellation or just poor inventory management and communication between internal teams, either way the result is the same - customers left high and dry.

We had our car written off by a stolen vehicle to our despair, and to make matters worse our Insurance company were really unhelpful, but along came these guys from Enterprise down the road from me, they called me up and offered me a beautiful Kia straightaway with excellent customer service, Cheerful and pleasant service with a smile. The only drawback which i would mention is minor, is the state of this lovely brand new car on receiving it was not good, we had to clean it as the windows were streaky inside and out and mud inside, We gave it a full clean. The car was perfect in everyway. The service 5/5 I would highly recommend this company to anyone intent on hiring or leasing a vehicle. Thank-you.
