It seems branches change manager's quite often and whilst the current manager is good I think being called "my friend" to appease a customer isn't great. It also seems like enterprise has taken a hit on the size of its fleet as it took 3 days to get a courtesy car from them following my request from my insurance company being sent across. The manager was very accomodating and at my request changed the vehicle he had booked for me if I didn't mind waiting for it to be valeted which they pulled off in half the time that they advised me I would be waiting.

Had a few niggles to start with about my details being passed around several local Enterprise Branches. This Branch was Excellent, the staff were all really nice people, excellent communication, and when you chatted to them they talked to you as a person, they were very busy, but still provided an excellent service to me. A call out to the Manager he was witty, funny, appeared genuine, engaging and gave me an Excellent service. Any request I made that was reasonable like dropping off my hire car following an accident I had (not my fault), they accommodated they dropped me off at a local repair centre where my car had been fixed. 5 stars (I had the Black and Red C3)
