Attempted to make a car hire booking for travel with my partner and young child. Was informed that no Enterprise offices except from international airports have child seats available for hire. Seems extremely odd for a company of this size, but I guess I just won't be using them again for the next 5-10 years..

I’d never rent a car before and the first time was brilliant. The cars were fab. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was so helpful and friendly. I loved it so much I rented a car again that same week. Zoe I think her name was, was so helpful and friendly. She comforted my daughter and was lovely! But… the manager Thomas wasn’t so friendly. He made me feel so small and embarrassed me, I felt like crying but I had my toddler with me. I miss understood a conversation I’d had with another colleague prior concerning the deposit as I struggle with social interactions at times. Anyhow Thomas spoke to me like a child, making comments like how can I not afford this or that so if I was to crash then how could I pay the excess, disgusting, he embarrassed me and in all honesty I didn’t want to enter the shop floor when returning incase he was there. Thankfully a lovely guy called James assisted me outside and i returned the car in great condition unlike how Thomas assumed I wouldn’t. I’d love to rent from you again but now I’m too anxious to do so. Thankyou to enterprise Iford. And Zoe or Chloe I can’t remember her name is a gem.

Whilst my Land Rover was 'Off Road' - and by that I mean on the ramps being repaired - LR organised a car rental through Enterprise - first class service - was collected from home - driven to branch and was in a car within the hour - no fuss no hassel. The car was "old' for a hire vehicle some 35k miles on clock though well presented. Friendly staff @ Christchurch branch - worthy of 5 Star review.
