Perfect, I received my courtesy car from Enterprise, I spoke Sophie, Katie and Kevin all on multiple time as they kept me updated as to if I was receiving a courtesy car (obviously was down to insurance not Enterprise). When picking the car up and dropping the car back off I didn't have a single problem, even picking the car up the paperwork was done quick, within 5 minutes. Didn't have a single problem with the car and I can't fault the service I received and thank you so much! Most importantly thank you to Kevin for all his help and for answering all my ridiculous questions as I was so unaware of what was happening as my insurance company didn't explain anything and this was my first car accident and courtesy car. Thank you all so much!
