    Made a booking for a Luton van 3 weeks ago to find out on the day that the breaks of our van didn’t work. No help from the staff whatsoever, like it is normal for them to rent a van with defective brakes. Not help after with my complain. Full attitude from the manager when I try to make him understand why this is not acceptable. I lost a lot of money that day as we were supposed to move but everything was delay due to this company. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!

    I havent had to hire a call for long time but because of my car was involved in an accident i had no choice , So with my insurance getting me hooked up with enterprise in watford i had an fantastic experience here with :::Qadeer Hafeez::: who got me a car that was suitable for my replacement vehicle that was in the work from the original that was a bit small and went out of his way to keeping a happy customer smiling , THE KIDS A GENIOUS!!! Took time to get what suited me while my car was in repairs

    Full of crooks. Both enterprise branches in Watford. All they do is lie. 4 days after My booking was sent to them from Audi Assist, they still haven’t given me a car. False promises of cars and call backs from Rafael and Mo (manager). Tried complaining to area manager but he ignores all contact. EDIT: I have already emailed the care email address. I will update this when they respond.
