Management was excellent. Staff on the desk and office were welcoming, great customer service and answered all questions. Picked up a Ford Transit LWB and also a vauxhall Vivaro a few weeks later, no hassle or worries. Was looked after and customer service was brilliant. Very friendly staff.

Ive been on the phone now for over 20 minutes with someone obviously taking the pi55 saying they will be with me shortly, what the hell the definition of shortly??? a week? this set up is a joke. trying to sort out booking of a service so as not to run over service interval as penalties apply. utter rubbish still waiting now over 22 minutes.
