Very disappointed with this company - my husband purchased a candle workshop gift card at a charity ball and it expires 30th June. I had completely forgotten that we had it and rang to try and book a time giving the lady a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday am and Saturday availability any week from now until the end of June and she could not accommodate any date and would not extend the voucher - so that is £150 down the drain - at least it went to charity - but I thought that her saying ‘well you’ve had the voucher since the end of November’ was a bit unkind - given it doesn’t expire until the end of June!!

Techniques were shown in a way which I could understand and if I had any other questions Sandra was only too happy to answer them. Everything was clean, tidy, and adhered to covid regulations.
