I would highly recommend this company. They fully refurbished two bathrooms for us, tiling, plastering, plumbing new sanitary ware, electrics. They organise the whole job from start to finish with a brillliant team of local Harlow guys each qualified in their own trade. Thoroughly professional, polite and curteous from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend them. A few weeks after I had a major leak caused by bad installation of the kitchen appliances. I was not apologised to and only paid material costs of 180 despite it costing me 460 in the end. Paid them 2k which I regret. The director feels it not important to email me back when I email him, however he'll respond to google reviews. Poor customer service from the the highest level so dont expect much from the sales/customer services staff if thats how its managed. 1. The only parts I provided where the dish washer, fridge freezer and washing machine. All brand new and still in packaging from Ao.com. The kitchen supplies where supplied by Essex bathrooms and kitchens. 2. Im told that its my fault for providing faulty products.. well when they came around to fix it they only simply replaced a rubber seal with one already attached to the cable. So it wasn't a faulty party but poor installation. 3. Checks where not done by the installers to look for leaks as it would have been spotted on the day of installation. 4. I was initially told that they would not compensate me for the damaged floor as it was my fault for not checking on a regular basis as that's what advised ( advice never given). When u mentioned going to solicitors they stated that they'd give me £100 for £460 worth of damage without an apology. Its been a painful process. My overall suggestion is that you find a better company in the area which will look after you better.
