Products ordered were as described, however customer service very poor. Paid extra for next day delivery, items were received 3 days later. When I queried it with the company, their explanation was that it was the fault of Royal Mail strikes and couriers very busy. My contract was with the company and not Royal Mail! As a gesture of goodwill, they could have returned the extra paid for next day courier, instead they chose to argue the point. I could have had free delivery via Royal Mail and probably got my order at the same time!
