David is amazing, he has been dealing with my ingrowing toenail for ages the problem is I am on steroids and they make it risky for me to have surgery to remove the nail. However I am now down to five tablets and with my and with my Drs approval that I am OK David will be able to remove it - Hooray . I cannot praise David enough as it has been a lengthy process and he has been patient, considerate and very professional. Thank you.

Having arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic, I appreciate that this was not the ideal start to the appointment. However what I did not expect was the unprofessional, rude and rushed practise from Dave. As soon as I arrived, Dave told me he is going to have to do this as quickly as possible as he had his next appointment due shortly. He started by admitting he did not have the correct scalpel for the job but ‘couldn’t be bothered’ to go to his car to get the correct one. As I have to get deep corn removal from the soles of my feet every 6-8 weeks, and this has to be done carefully with a sharp scalpel, I was not made to feel safe and secure from the start. Had Dave told me at the start that this treatment would have been so rushed, I would of simply left and re booked my appointment and wouldn’t have had to endure this. But due to this experience, I haven’t had my feet done since and this was over 3 months ago. Not usually one to moan or leave bad reviews, hence why I have taken so long, but the only reason I’ve done this review is to share my experience so hopefully this won’t happen again to someone else. A real shame as I had had good experiences with Dave in the past

I would 100% recommend Essex Podiatry. The service is fantastic, and they are are so friendly and helpful. I had a few appointments at the clinic, and nothing was ever too much trouble for Dave. I had a partial nail removal, and Dave took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The follow-up care has also been fantastic, and again everything has been explained thoroughly to me. Also it was very quick to get an appointment, which is one of the reasons I initially chose Essex Podiatry. The team make you feel very comfortable and they are really friendly. Thank you Essex Podiatry.

I found my experience to be very poor. No real advice that I didn't get on the internet...but more importantly quite bad behaviour from the podiatrist who was training someone on my visit plus they did not return my email/questions after my visit (and this is after saying if I had any issues to just contact then). Hence did not do a return visit.
