They knocked on my door asking if l could help with CCTV footage. I told them l would be more than happy to help. It took me three hours to find the footage they requested. I then contacted them with the contact details they had give me, all l got was a generic automatic reply, that was it. Heard nothing back from them, even left a message for them to contact me, and still nothing. I will ensure that next time they asked for my help, the answer will be a big No. Police service Sham.

Awful service. No update about a stolen vehicle for days. No one there to pick the phone. No one to speak to at all. Shuts the station at 5pm from the public. All we want to know, is why have you left it a week to follow up with a stolen car? A moving object? Why has no one called us back yet? Yes, there's been police cuts everywhere, we understand that. We just want to be updated. We just want a phone call.
