All through the refurbishment and letting of my flat, Patrick and Darren have been fantastic. They have kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Not recommended at all Please do not deal with this agent. Even they do not deserve one star The worst estate agent , I have ever dealt with. I have had issues with them from the beginning of my tenancy agreement till the date of moving out. To start with, they changed the day of moving in which was advertised on their website. So, I had to book a hotel for one day . When I asked them why you changed the date? They responded rudely and unprofessional that the flat is not ready. During my stay (only one year), I only called them for a one repair in the toilet which took them a month and half to solve it (imagine if I had more repairs in the flat !!!) At the end of my tenancy, my deposit was protected by DPS. So, I contacted bright estate agent multiple times ( via email, whatsApp, phone calls) to ask them to accept my deposit repayment request. But they kept ignoring me. I have chased them to accept the request for about 3 months( from End of March till End of June). Then, I had to make a statutory declaration to claim my deposit which again costed me time and money. After statutory declaration, they replied ( after 3.5 months of moving out)and claimed that the flat needed clean which not true at all( unfortunately i did not take any photo of the flat before I leave ,and no check out arrangement has been done between myself and the agent ).All these unnecessary stress , I had to go with this agent. They even rented the flat after me but they did not bother to accept my request which only will take 1 minute to do it. Avoid

Patrick at Bright Estate Agents made the whole process smooth and easy. Even with Covid guidelines, he ensured the viewings were safe and was very understanding when we had questions. He always made time to help us out and could not have asked for a better agent to help us with our move. Would highly recommend, Patrick was amazing and could not have been any more helpful.
