Booked car in for Oil/Filter change and MOT. No problems with the MOT but I didn't get the oil/filter changed due to how busy they were. I live local so to take it back next day as arranged wasn't that much of an issue. This was carried out and the manager gave me a discount off the bill for the inconvenience. Every member of staff I spoke to was very friendly, even under the stress of how busy they were.
