We were provided with a free quote and Mark was very professional and friendly. When it came to move day, we had to contact the company as they were half an hour late. We were advised that our movers would be another quarter of an hour. Another half hour later, we called again and got no answer. They then called back and said they were half an hour away. This was frustrating as there were no efforts made by the company to contact us, we had to instigate communications. The movers arrived and were very friendly and efficient so great people but not a great service leading up to the move. The drivers apologised but we received no apology from the company for the additional stress this caused to ourselves and our pets.
