Went for a full body massage for 1hr, the therapist spent approx half hour on my back and backs of legs, but completely missed the front of my thighs as she spent the remaining half hour - plus, mostly on my feet, I suspect as she got to sit on a chair whilst doing this! When I asked if she could do my thighs she quite rudely said ‘no, your time is up’! Of which I replied, why did you just do my feet, you missed my legs! She explained that she had done the front of my legs as she was doing the backs?! Now thats quite impossible! In her attempt to satisfy me, she quite aggressively used her elbows to dig into my thighs of which I had to tell her to stop, the pressure was unbearable! With a great understanding of massage myself I found that the therapist clearly wasn’t fully trained in massage and her techniques were often injury causing along with a completely unmethodical routine! I was also shocked by her moody and aggressive nature after I politely asked her to complete the massage by attending to the front of my legs! A standard part of any full body massage routine! Never have I had half an hour -plus, spent just on my feet! I will never come here again!
