STAFF DO NOT KNOW ORGANISATION... NO ONE IS IN CONTRIL WHERE THE STAFF FOLLOW ..THEY HAVE DIFFERENT RULES FOR DIFFERENT RESIDENTS .... THEY ARE KNOWN TO TALK RESIDENTS PERSONAL BUSINESS AMOUNGST STAFF SO NO IDEA OF CONFIDENTIALITYMESS OF AHOSLET FORMENTAL HEALTH, STAFF NEED TRAINING!!!

Absolute JOKE ... Had a bike nicked out the building right under a cctv camera on the landing out side my room.. staff told me cant even backtrack it to see who took it .. And after being evicted, Who ever cleared out my room stole a brand new pair of ray ban sunglasses and 5 designer aftershaves.. Am currently filing a police report but there gone now so great.. And oh yeah thay dont even know who emptied my room ... Staff all-so enter People's room when your out for no reason what so ever saying it due to "WELFAFE CHECKS" Also i odnt understand how thay get a way with getting £1350 a month per room !! (Could get a 2 bed house for that) Worst place ive ever lived no joke !!
