They are reasonably priced and polite but if your going for a rental then they don’t go with first come, and you can’t put a holding deposit down until they have shown everyone round which is not how it works , the holding deposit is to let the first person hold the house until all checks are done. But like many other agents it’s just a luck dip if you get picked

Sounded very proffesional and understanding of landloards concerns when letting property. Rates are veryvreasinable compared to many managing agents and seem to have an extremely good understanding of property letting/management. I will most likely use this company to manage my property once it is up to scratch and ready to be let again. The previous agent didn't notice around 12,000 of damage until they tenants had gone - despite claiming to have made quarterly inspections and always told me my house is being looked after very well. I paid them approximately £3600 for full management for pretty much nothing. I won't mention any names......actualy I will: CHAPLINS ESTATE AGENTS OF LISS......and an Ashey Yewel - who claims to be in charge

Wanted to say a HUGE thankyou to Matt at Ewe Move. We actually moved a year ago today and i've been meaning to write this review for an eternity. Matt managed to sell our house within days and sorted us a new buyer when our first chain broke. Dealt with me being super annoying and badgering him all the time, we were so keen to meet the stamp duty deadline and we did. Kept me calm throughout the entire process. We don't plan on moving again for a really long time but when we do, it'll be Ewe move we use. Thanks so much Matt!

I chose EweMove to sell my property for me. From the very first phone call to their main centre I knew I was in good hands. I was passed on to Matt in Bordon and he went above and beyond to help me to sell my property. It wasn’t the smoothest of sales, I had a challenging tenant who made viewings awkward and refused to move even after 6 months notice and then a useless conveyancer causing added delays to the sale. Matt was always at the other end of the phone, no question to small or stupid (I certainly had plenty of them!) if it wasn’t for Matt I know my tenant would still be living rent free in my property and I wouldn’t have sold my house. I really can’t thank him enough for the help and endless support Matt provided and would highly recommend anyone to use EweMove, you won’t be disappointed!

I phoned EweMove a couple of weeks ago regarding my desire to view a property which was on RightMove. Mathew returned my call and was so helpful bearing in mind I live 120 miles away from the prospective property. He answered all my questions and we agreed a meeting this coming Friday when I shall be able to view the property.
