  The house we looked at was a little bit too small for our family, which was a real shame because the house itself was really nice and the viewing experience we had with Mark was excellent - pleasant to chat to, easy going and not pushy in the slightest, even after we'd said we wouldn't be taking things forward. Mark took the time to get to know us a little bit and shared some bits of his own background which created a much nicer vibe than we sadly come to expect from letting agents a lot of the time. I'll keep my eye out for other ewemove properties going forward

  We were purchasing a property through Ewemove. Due to personal reasons, we pulled out of the property before exchange. But the few weeks that we were dealing with Chris Strong, who was acting for the vendor, we could not fault the service. A very professional, straight forward, honest and all round lovely guy. If he said he was doing something, it got done. Believe me there are so many people that don’t, despite what they promise. Highly recommend. Thanks Chris!!

  Last week I had the pleasure of viewing a rental property in Harrogate by Mark Davis. All I can say is what exceptional service I received. There was brilliant communication once I had made the booking which all added to the friendly and professional service. When I viewed the property, Mark was really thorough with explaining the details and also about the local area. If I was owned property to rent out I would most definitely ask Mark to manage it for me as I would feel totally assured that he would provide an excellent service.

  I first encountered Mark Davis over 3 years ago when I was letting my property. He has offered consistently good advice and support since then. The week before lockdown, I had interviewed a number of estate agents as I intended to market the property soon after, so I did have some comparisons. Then everything got put on hold. However, when it came to it, just 5 weeks ago he found himself on a short-list of one to sell for me. The standard and timeliness of his verbal and written communication is outstanding. The “back office” set up is streamlined and very efficient. I have not had to chase him once. Plus, he’s a thoroughly nice chap which always helps. After 18 days on the market, I have accepted a full-price offer. Anything negative? Absolutely not. Very happy me.

  The estate agent we dealt with was Mark Davis and he was great! A nice person who is clearly very knowledgeable about the property and market in general. He was easy to talk to and made the housebuying process entirely unintimidating. We dealt with Mark thoughout the process and he provided great service thoughout, a vast improvement on estate agents who feel they are doing you a favour buy letting you buy from them. Finally and most importantly mark was trustworthy and honest, what you would hope for in an Estate Agent.

  Sarah Smith was recommended to us and from our first meeting she stood head and shoulders above the competition. We received valuations similar to Sarah’s from two other agents (including one of the largest companies in the area) but it was Sarah’s approach to client care that convinced us to invest in her services. We were never in any doubt that Sarah’s motivation was to get the very best price for our home with a buyer in a good position to proceed. Not only was her research and validation of all our buyers and their affordability exhaustive but also her negotiating skills were excellent. Sarah handled every aspect of the sale with exacting standards and her diary management kept disruption of our busy family schedule to a minimum.   We had been let down on a rental property and our house had sold so we needed to find somewhere that would take pets quickly but that was of a good standard to live in. Mark at Ewe Move was excellent from the very beginning and although the initial reaction from the landlord was a huge no to pets, Mark arranged an introduction and we were accepted as tenants. The tenancy process and paperwork is very detailed which for us is a positive, protecting both us and the landlord. We are now moved in and very happy! The process from here on in if we have any issues is simple and straightforward as Ewe Move have a 24/7 contact policy so we feel secure and looked after and our Greyhound is very much making himself at home!
