    DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! If I could leave negative stars I would!! We booked our wedding photography with Sophie and unfortunately were made to cancel the wedding (which was beyond our control) due to government enforced covid lockdown. She has refused to give us our deposit back even though the law states that the time period our wedding was due to go ahead within meant that any previously advised ‘non refundable’ deposits were to be refunded in full. We were heartbroken that our wedding could not go ahead but had faith that our suppliers (nearly all of which have refunded us in full) would be understanding of the situation and not make things any worse for us. The way she has dealt with us since has been so unprofessional and she has even tried to tell us that we in-fact owe her money, even though we have had no service from her whatsoever. I would hate for anybody to end up in the same position we are in and would advise any other brides to seriously consider their options before paying her any money.
