Bought a new mattress from here a few weeks ago.Took acouple of weeks to get used to it as my old one was soft and my new one firm but now I have and I'm realy pleased with it.The Young man who sold it to me was lovely and realy helpful. The two young men who delivered it were also realy helpful and even altered the bed head for me.I would definitely recommend them

We bought a new mattress from this small company a few months ago and the service was excellent. The owner helped us understand the pros and cons of different mattress types while he patiently waited for us to try out most of the display models. Once chosen, our mattress was delivered within the quoted timeframe & the two lads who delivered it were very polite and careful. My lower back problems have been much improved since making the purchase. Today I returned for a favour as my mother has suffered a water leak which damaged her bed, so I needed to secure a quote for an equivalent model for her insurance claim. Mark & Louise were very helpful and willingly agreed to assist me and have since emailed through a full quotation on headed paper. This is why we need to support small, independent retailers and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Lancaster Bed Company. Visited this bed shop following a dire service from a manager at a Morecambe town centre bed store. This was an altogether completely different experience and an absolutely straight forward & pleasant transaction. Great service from Mark the manager who provided an honest critique of the beds on offer and value for money. Delivery earlier than anticipated and the delivery guys were very accommodating with a request we made regarding delivering our old bed to our son. No hesitation going out of their way to help us. If you want a great bed to meet your needs and a brilliant before & after service look no further. A1

Not a huge choice, but the quality of service is excellent. Having been let down by one of the big chains, I was delighted to get a comfortable bed delivered quickly. A bit more expensive than the chain, but not hugely, and the bed is British made too, which has to count. They also sell good sheets.

Lancaster Bed Company is an excellent company. Mark and Louise go out of their way to help you choose the right bed and mattress. The shop has a great selection of beds and mattress’s to choose from with a great price range to fit your budget. Louise and Mark let you wander around the shop without putting you under pressure, but are there to give you advice and answer any questions you have. I personally bought the Harrison Spinks bed frame and the Rest Assured Mattress both are excellent and I can recommend them. The delivery boys, Richard and Jacob were brilliant and did a great job putting the bed together they also explained how to move the bed if needed.
