The staff that work on self serve can be very rude and not welcoming. I have attended this Asda numerous amount of times and the amount of times I have seen these staff speak so awfully about customers, everytime I go they are gossiping about customers. One instance they even were laughing and undermining a South Asian lady because she did not know how to use the self service system properly. Very appalled.

Very poorly parking management some try to hit my baby with 40mph speed on parking area but they don't have cctv should cover Parking area with cctv we can't feel safe to go with children I even ask security for cctv photoage they saying don't have cctv on Parking area they should take responsibility to safety with public come with kids
