I had dinner here less than a week ago, and I would not recommend it. I got the shrimp fried noodles, which no flavor other than spicy. My partner got the vegetable fried noodles, which had no taste at all (I can verify). We decided to get a sesame ball (with bean paste inside), and it was the worst I've ever had. Maybe 1/10 of the inside was filling (the rest was air) and it was soggy from oil. When we told the waiter that there was no filling, she said that's the way it is supposed to be. I've had sesame balls before and never had one with so little filling. In addition, it was expensive. I would not recommend going here.

The food we ordered was nice. However customer service was subpar. I am giving 2 stars because we were asked to pay before we ate while the other diners around us got to pay after they ate. I felt uneasy. It gave me racist vibes. Would definitely not come back and wouldn’t recommend other black people going there. Appalling behaviour.

Really awful; disrespectful, racist staff. The waiter and manager are both very rude. On top of that, the food is below average at best. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. Edit based on their response: all a complicate lie. The sheer volume of one star reviews you have saying exactly the same thing speaks volumes about the ability of your staff to treat your customers with basic human decency. Have you considered that you might be the problem?

Deeply racist staff - please do not go and give these guys business. Incredibly rude (on another note, the food is very average). Overall worst place I’ve been in London. You’ll also notice from the reviews below that they never address the fact that the staff are awful and contemptible; this is because they have no excuse for this - it is just a fact. Don’t come here if you respect yourself (and wish others to show you respect too). EDIT BASED ON RESPONSE: Complete fabrication the truth, but typical given the responses you provide to other customers below (indicating a systemic problem in this restaurant of abuse and rudeness). The true story is as follows: we went to the restaurant in the evening, four white customers and one black customer. Our black friend attempted to pay with his phone (once, not three times) and it didn’t work. The server then immediately got aggressive with him, demanding he apologise (unclear for what) or he wouldn’t let him stay and shouting ‘you need to show me respect’. My friend, humiliated, did then apologise so that we could eat our meal (side note: we paid before eating, which I actually think it testament to the fact that this must happen often. In normal circumstances we would have left after this gross disrespect, but couldn’t as the majority of us had already paid). We then ate our meal and my friend went up afterwards with his girlfriend to outline how badly he felt he had been treated (not shouting). The response he receives is screaming from the manager, escalating it to an unnecessary level. My friend did swear, but NOT at the staff - just used it in a sentence. Was clearly racist - separately, you can even scroll down and see them comment in a response to a bad review ‘white people are all the same, all liars’; not anywhere close to the same as the racism my friend experienced but quite telling about the management being prone to stereotype. The amount of one star reviews they have compared to other restaurants in the area is probably something you’ll want to consider if you’re thinking of coming to this awful establishment. We would love you to post the CCTV! Even if it wasn’t racist - which it clearly was - who treats people like that? Let alone customers who have come to experience you (bland) food.

The food was very good but the customer service was so appalling especially by the manager (i believe that’s what he is) that wears a suit and a turtle neck. I was enjoying my food when i pulled out a white hair from my mouth that was inside my rice. We told the man that i had found a hair in my food that i just pulled out my mouth and he giggled and took the hair out of my hand and said “this isn’t a hair this is something you find in…” and couldn’t finish his sentence because even he knew he was talking non-sense. He continued to laugh as if it was a joke to him and took the hair to BOH and giggled more. He then didn’t come back to our table but carried on attending the other tables around us and we didn’t even get an apology for the incident. We couldn’t get a discount because they made us pay before our food even arrived and he didn’t bother to give us a refund for the rice either. We was going to take the rest of the food we couldn’t finish take-away but the second we found the hair, we left the containers on the table and the food. Honestly just found the man with the blazer and turtle neck so disrespectful and his service towards customers is horrid. There was also a lady that had asked him if he can close the door because it was cold and he was about to then went back to her and told her no which left the lady very confused and she left. Very sad considering the taste of the food was genuinely good but the service was ridiculous.
