Needed a 16 seater to travel to Birmingham. I was recommended by a family member. Arrange with them. On time the vehicle arrived. Very nice looking (mercedes) and comfortable. I needed a coach for a speacial day,so I rang faredeal the guy who answered showed attitude towards me multiple of times when I kept ringing him to make sure everything’s confirmed and he replied get me the money and il sort it.So the night before I needed it I was about to transfer him the money but he goes the coach is not available anymore,so I asked how come and he replied I got “bigger things to do then these local jobs” “I need to take a professional footballer somewhere” I was furious,he wasted my time and put someone else before me all because they are famous, also if you don’t do local jobs then don’t advertise it lol
