2 takeaway teas £5. Seriously over priced for standard tea. Cafe 100 yards away, £1.20 a proper cup and saucer and pot of tea with table service. Farrers have lost my custom after being a loyal customer for a number of years. Times are hard for businesses I know but losing them by way over pricing isn't going to bring them back through the door

I order online for delivery and it's great coffee (my favourite is number one blend). Always a good selection of coffees from around the world and all priced really well. Customer service dept is also quick to respond and resolve any queries.
