Went in for a haircut by Jasmine a few weeks ago - it looked great with a blowout, but when I went home and straightened it, I wasn't 100% happy. I gave it a week or two to grow out a bit, but realised it still wasn't exactly what I like. Was likely just miscommunication (or me poorly describing what I like), as Jasmine did a fantastic job, it just was not a style I was used to :) Gave the salon a call today to explain, and they fit me in just a few hours later at no cost! Jasmine spoke with me for a while to figure out exactly what I wanted, and took her time cutting my hair to ensure it was exactly what I pictured. The end result is AMAZING and I'm so happy! The salon was so kind and accomodating, and I even had a manger/other employee come in and check everything was exactly how I liked! Jasmine did a fabulous job and made sure my hair aligned exactly with my vision <3
