    Bob and his colleague were prompt. Professional friendly and helpful. Removed 2 old gaslight pipes from my bedrooms. Capped them off safely in the loft. Carried out a boiler service.

    -> 3 radiators and 2 pipes leading from boiler leaking literally from the day after installation, gas leak registered 3 days after installation - came to fix it but blamed it on other builders ‘knocking’ it down, despite being it in the closed cupboard under the stairs and builders working there 3 weeks before and after, with no incidents whatsoever. Convenient excuse seems like to me. -> Pipe work in the loft installed illogically above a floor level, despite reconfirming any further works there will be and far future so to make sure to install it properly. Instead, they came up with a story of wooden beams being supposedly smaller than the ones in the first floor and so not suitable to drill through. Reality is, beams are the same size throughout the house, they just didn’t feel like fixing what they have done. -> Lying about toilet drain pipe composition as didn’t feel like changing it. -> Most important of all, got confirmed in text msg details of works as they were unable to submit a quote twice, including connecting bathroom units, then claiming this was not part of it and asking for extra cash, despite me having it in writing. Paid £6K in cash and whilst the work seemed ok whilst being carried out, the aftermath was very disappointing. The only good thing seems to be their work on our sewage system outside property, however would reserve my judgment till I see it work it long term without any incidents. Expected a five star service seeing ratings here and on Checkatrade and whilst all seem like decent guys, the quality of work indoors left me quite surprised. Spent extra costs to fix it all and with on/off heating over Xmas and after because of it.
