Bought a Fiat Talento van in February 2019 it cost £13,499. In the 3 years 9 months that have passed have driven an average of 4,800 miles per year. Have paid £3200 FOR REPAIRS with a minimum of £1900 still due. That's £1000 per year so far. The van has been in a service centre for 27 days, there is no guarantee that vehicle will be fixed even though a Fiat engineer has looked at it, it has a known DPF problem that affects diesel vehicles that do not drive many miles and do not use the motorway, we were not advised. We feel this has been MIS-SOLD and IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE Would not recommend this company or a Fiat vehicle to anybody.

I just think the price they want you to pay for diagnostics and repairs is absolutely extortionate; how does anyone justify £150 per hour? Certainly don't find customer service is worth the effort as, contrary to what they say, you can't ring then. I found all of my dealings with Fiat frustrating.

FIAT Tipo brand new, had to return it to the garage 10 times for a fault with the reversing camera and DAB radio. Taken over 3 years to eventually fix. Avoid FIAT !
