We had a pre-market valuation carried out and although Fine & Country's fees were higher than most other Agents they stressed that they focused on customer service. We had explained that we would either sell or rent if the need arose and we asked for a rental assessment too. Unfortunately we never heard back so we rang the Agent to see about the rental value to enable us to decide which route to take if we were to go on the open market. The gentleman who carried out the sales valuation told me he would get the rental company to write to us with their thoughts on value. 2 weeks later....nothing! We rang and no-one answered so we left a voicemail 5 days ago still nothing! If this is an example of their so called superior customer service If we do decide to sell or rent it won't be through this company!
