We have recently purchased a property through Fine & Country and are in the process of selling our home with them as well. From the very first meeting with Claire, she and her colleagues have always been helpful, friendly and professional. We built a rapport with them all very quickly. During what has been a very busy and stressful time for all agents due to the stamp duty window they always found time to talk, to answer any queries or concerns we had and to proactively find solutions to problems. Whilst many of the problems in the final stages of the sale were as a result of the actions of one of the parties they always stayed professional and never expressed any personal views about the events which were impacting on them as much as on us. Their handling of the sale of our property was very impressive - selling it within hours of it being marketed as a result of the way in which they organised viewings. Their advice and guidance about how to proceed was sound and non biased. I would highly recommend them.

All in all could've been a lot better. I won't give 1 star as I feel that to be harsh and you really have to of been left a stale taste in the mouth for this one. Positives - Nice people when you actually get through to them. Negatives - extremely unresponsive, we made the mistake of paying our tenancy 6 months up front thus no urgency to fix anything from the landlord nor the letting agent. One thing was fixed and their plumber was super helpful so can't fault that however the throughout the tenancy multiple communication attempts were made to no avail then miraculously as we are at end of tenancy there is a rocket up the rear again. With a few better management structures in place I'm sure they could be a good agent as the staff are very pleasant but the lack of response and urgency to fix things is what upset me the most. I would rather get a response saying wait then no response or correspondence on multiple occasions reaching over 10 attempts.
