We came by Fine & Country Ware after a pretty disastrous experience using another local branch (unprofessional, rude, borderline negligent), and quickly discovered that as they're working under a franchise model, you can have chalk and cheese experiences with F&C. Richard is superb. From minute one of introducing us to what has become our dream house, he was friendly, informed, attentive and generally excellent to work with. The opposite of the stereotypical Estate Agent. We also met Steve through the process who was an equally great operator (and lovely man with it). Not only was it a friendly service, but highly effective. Richard coached when needed, coaxed at other times and played the whole process perfectly to make it all work like clockwork. Not once did I feel I was being sold to, patronised, or manipulated. No hesitation whatsoever in the 5 star review, you'll find it hard to find better agents locally. Thanks so much Richard.
