From the conducting of a survey and quote by Murray to the installation and fittings by Jack & Sam we were filled with confidence and positivity. It was not a case of “boiler out/boiler in” The work required 20 metres of new external gas piping etc. Jack & Sam set to work from 0830 and concluded at 2000 hrs 11.5 hours of pure hard work. These lads are not just plumbers they are carpenters; builders, cleaners etc so many extra skills needed to complete the job list. Additionally everything done and triple checked to ensure functionality was 100%. The next morning they returned at 0830 again this time with Adam. Finalising and commissioning the work. Without doubt this company has very professional Plumbing Engineers. Nothing is a problem to these lads. Their work rate is immense with outstanding work ethic. Thank you very much Jack & Sam. I Would also like to add that Murray (co director) ensures that pensioners / Veterans are well looked after in his costings. Our boiler had started making a whining noise and needed a service. I called on the Tuesday and got an appointment for the following Monday. I had a call on the Friday to confirm that I would be the second call on Monday which would be mid-morning. The engineer turned up mid-morning as promised. He serviced the boiler and replaced a couple of parts. There were no complications. The work was done efficiently and the engineer was very pleasant. I received a bill one week later which I think was a very reasonable cost. Overall flawless in every respect. If only all matters were so straightforward! 10/10 and would recommend without hesitation. Thank you very much Finesse 👍👍😊

This is the first time I have used this company and I can't speak highly enough of the service we received .A company that actually turns up and knows their stuff . Serviced my oil boiler and identified it needed a new part, promptly ordered and fitted the replacement . All the team from this company are really kind and friendly from the engineers and their assistant's to Tony in the office . Amazing service,I phoned at 8.30 to ask if they could help with a boiler breakdown. As promised they rang me back to say an engineer would be with me late afternoon. At 12 noon i had a phonecall to say the engineer would be with us after his next call. Engineer arrived and boiler was up and running within half an hour. I would highly recommend and plan to use finesse for our boiler servicing.
