When I first met Darma (and Finish IT) I thought he was too young to be able to help me. How could someone so young know what to do when "experienced" people had struggled in the past? But I was wrong. Every time I have spoken to Darma or asked him for help, he either knew exactly what I needed (tailored to my specific needs) or went away and found the best solution for me. I always asked his opinion on other options (suggested by others) and Darma would always give me a well-thought-out and articulated response with the pros and cons of that option. Not just the same thing that any youngster watching too many YouTube videos would tell you. I know it seems scary going with a young company, but, from my experience, Finish IT seems to do what other IT service providers don't... They look for and keep their engineers at the forefront of technology news and constantly try to find the best solution for me (not just what they have implemented for others in the past). This aspect alone means that I believe my needs are the ones that matter in this relationship (not what is easiest for them). Overall, would I recommend Finish IT... Well yes. I know Finish IT is a young company. But the way that they put my needs in front of what is easiest for them to implement and service puts Finish IT ahead of any other IT provider in my mind.
