Visited FISCO for the first time today to obtain some parts for my Hayter lawnmower. I called in the morning to check if they had the items and was informed they would. Visited a few hours later, spoken to by a staff member with a Hayter branded top, he asked if l had called earlier, and then stated the items were by the till ready for me to collect. Outstanding service provided, spoke to other staff who advised on various things and the was completely satisfied. Will recommend and return as and when necessary, thank you. It costs nothing to provide good customer focused support and win a new customer for the future.
