This is without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any food establishment. The woman serving took at least 5mins to look up from her phone. She then just stared gormlessly up without saying anything. When I asked if she had any Fish (nothing ready in heat cabinates) she just nodded when I asked what fish she had she barked Cod.I then said 2x Cod in that case she then shouts I CANT HEAR A WORD YOUR SAY.SPEAK.UP. I repwat the order and she then shouts THAT IT NO CHIPS? I say yes with chips please and she shout £17.50!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS FISH AND CHIP SHOP AGAIN. EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST ONE ON THE PLANET. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
