My experience is mixed. The website is very good but Jonah will not return calls when there is a problem. Also, the HY system sometimes has a glitch a won't collect monies due on an account. I have to re-enter direct debit information and an infuriating message is placed on the website about non-payment of accounts. My website is for a cancer charity and this looks terrible. C'mon Jonah, sort this out.

Hosting Yorkshire is by far 'THE' quite simply best design, hosting and SEO company i have EVER worked with and i have worked with alot and most are rubbish at best and con-artists for the majority. To say that Hosting Yorkshire are excellent doesn't even do them justice, quite frankly anyone that knows of them that's looking for Hosting, Design or SEO and doesn't use them are complete idiots. These guys simply are just 'THE' best!! and that's it!!

A meeting was arranged with Jonah and he put my fears to rest ref communication between us as Jonah has kept me informed at every step.
