Have spend 1000s with this company over the years, purchased new chainsaw boots and the Laces frayed in the space of a month.They would not replace the laces and found them very unhelpful to rectify the problem, in result they have now lost my custom and I will let all my other arb friends know how I have been treated, I have called other company’s and they would of replaces with out delay shame on you . The reply below has not rectified the issue has it? a good will gesture would be to send out some new laces off your own back as I don’t want orange laces thanks!!!!

Placed an order for an 'in stock' item which apparently is next day dispatch. 9 days later after me trying to get in touch with them multiple times, it finally arrives. Never got a reply from them or an apology. My blower broke down so I needed a replacement quickly, only reason why I chose them. Will never use again, awful company, terrible communication.

Appalling customer service I had an issue with some trousers that I purchased where they split up the back first time I wore them only after a few hours, as the split wasn’t on the seem the company basically said it’s my fault and wasn’t interested. The trousers must have either been damaged or faulty from the manufacturer. I’ve tried to contact them several times but I’ve had no reply. I see from some of the reviews on here it’s not the first time customers have been treated like this. I won’t be using this company again and I advise anyone else to be prepared to be ignored if you have any issues with your delivery’s. I’m happy to remove my review if contacted soon and my issue is resolved

I have bought various items from this supposed Arboricultural supplier recently. And I am very unhappy with the knowledge of the staff with the life saving equipment they sell. Boots recommended to me and purchased split to bits in a ‘month’ A brand new climbing rope I bought has began to fall to bits after climbing two trees. HONEY BROTHERS is the place to go if you have a question or good gear they are the boys to talk to.
