Very impressed from start to finish. I called before i purchased a piece, lee was very helpful answering all my questions. I purchased on line and was swiftly sent out a pack with all the information and instructions i needed to send my loved ones ashes. Once the ashes had been received i was emailed to say they were safe, which was nice to know. After 2 weeks I received an email to say my piece had been sent, I received it via royal mail the following day. The ring I ordered is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship and finish is outstanding. The fit is perfect and the personalised engraving looks amazing (better than I expected) To say i am happy with my ring would be an understatement. I cant thank forget me not jewellery enough. I will treasure this beautiful ring forever.
