Dan was great from a sales perspective and Sara was great from a progression perspective. It makes the process so much easier communicating over WhatsApp rather than email. Unfortunately we didn’t have the smoothest of rides with buying our first property but that was mainly due to solicitors. The only bad thing I have to say about Fortune & Coates is that they need to employ another Sara to help keep on top of things and make sure the process is as quick as possible. I felt like Sara had too much work for one person to battle through although she was still very helpful and efficient whenever I asked for an update. On completion, it’s lovely that they give you a gift when you go to pick up the keys. That really is a nice touch, thank you! Overall, I would recommend Fortune & Coates, all the staff that I spoke to were always nice and there to help.

Perfect estate agents, from the outset until the end, always on hand, pushed the buyers when needed and very helpful.
