As someone who is petrified of dentists and who needs sedating,finding the right place was difficult.Looking through Google I found this gem of a place,people who understood my fear.Initially it took me 8 attempts to even phone for advice to be spoken to by lyndsey who was kind and compassionate throughout.Still at this stage I was unable to make an appointment so left it for a couple of weeks before making the call and spoke to Lindsey again,who remembered who I was and made an appointment. On that nerve-racking day just for a check up I was greeted by lyndsey again who became my "link",which was very important to have that.The place was lovely,relaxed and most importantly no dentistry smells.Pedro and his team was great and a plan was made. Yesterday was D Day! I was a wreck! But once again greeted by Lindsey who got me through it. I was taken through to meet ibz who put me at ease straight away and was able to ask lots of questions and to relay my fears.I was made very comfortable and looked after very well and wasnt made to feel "silly" about my fears.Emma and dominique the dental nurses were so kind, you are a credit to the team! Ibz spoke to my escort and updated her of the procedure and after care notes and medication. Fantastic service! People! If you have dental phobia this is the place to be! Thankyou,everyone involved in my care. Every dentist I've been to I have never recieved the care and help that I have required smoking doesn't help any teeth Or gums I guess... I had a some serious gum issues and I was visiting a different dentist one a month atleast complaining that I have some issues to get the right help that I needed. I visited a handful of dentist over a year period and I wasn't getting the right diagnosis and help that I required. Everyone just kept saying to me ya look ok and your alright But deep down I knew i have an issue and I'm not getting no help the right help And the thought of losing my teeth at a young age was starting to stress an depress me. After visiting how many dentists and still having gum problems I gave up. While working in a restaurant Dr Ibrahim (ibz) visited. I found out that he is a dentist Obviously me having problems with my teeth and gums I had to ask for help. As he seen me working there I had the opportunity to talk to him And as I explained to him I'm having some serious problems Can you help me please. Or is there any help for me. He didnt hesitate in giving me his personal number and gave me his work number and said make a appointment and I'll will take a look for you I made a appointment for a few days later and he seen me personally Diagnosed me And gave me 4-5 appointments one every week for a month or so to see his staff..... and sort my problems Now a decade later I still have my teeth Thank God Almighty And i thank God Almighty for introducing me to Dr Ibrahim (ibz) B-) Over the years I've known him now he has been nothing Less than a diamond to me. Him and his staff that I know now are like my family to me. Even my friends family anyone I know Have any kinda of teeth problems I'm straight on the blower to him and he gives his time and attention without question... I can get a same day next day appointment if I dont mind travelling to any other branch of his I visit now every 3 months for preventative treatment Ssshhshh I should do but with our busy lifes schedules we put off what's important and give priority to what's not And when I miss my appointments for my follow ups they send me messages that I am over due and even send me letters explaining I am over due. Dont fall out with you like some B-) Teeth crowns fillings braces are prone to break fail depending on use wear and tear. But if you take the time out to get to know Dr Ibrahim (ibz) and his family You should not have to worry about your problems again Words can not express how he and his staff, they make me feel. All his staff are lovely welcoming big smiles and they will talk to you. And you can talk to them about anything then all your problems just not smile related B-) And they will try their best to help you.. I can not Thank Dr Ibrahim enough And all his staff that look after me... Everyone....You all need to know Dr ibz Because you we all have teeth And with teeth come problems time to time. He has a bunch of skilled specialists Who are fantastic.... And ready and eager to help and look after you so dont loose your smile or happiness or time stressing over any kind of mouth problems... I have had major dental work over 18months and received nothing but a 5* service at not only every appointment but with aftercare too. All of the team are fantastic and been somebody that dreaded going to the dentist I can honestly say that thanks to Ibz and his staff I no longer dread these visits and wouldn't trust anybody else with my care First class practice First class service and no issues with any of my teeth because the work was carried out to a superior standard. I receive endless compliments on my smile and perfect teeth Now my kids go too and love this practice as much as me and I always recommend them to friends who have been extremely happy with the work they've had done Dont hesitate to go if you want a professional amazing dentist
