MISLEADING INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE. Made a purchase of samples where it reads its price would be deducted in the next purchase by using the same email. Trying to do the next purchase after buying the samples, my surprise that I'd have to wait for the samples to arrive when this was not the information on the website. Talking to customer service, there was only "sorry there's nothing we can do". We expect some quality buying from luxury brands, but no. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

The staff, in particular, the manager is not proffesional and rude unlike helpful staff of other FM stores. I wanted to be advised any perfume other than my FM perfumes and requested tester to try it on my skin and decide accordingly. The manager refused instead of which he said i had to purchase small bottles and make decision. This is the first time i tried FM at Liberty and really surprised to see how such a nice brand is represented in such a bad way. Definitely not recommended.
