James et al came to do small patio area in July with Indian stone. 3 days later we put our table and chairs back to entertain friends. As soon as it rained however, 3 sections remain standing in water so much so that the water level is above our shoe sole and will not dry out! James said not to worry he would fix it (twice now) but we are still waiting. Emailed James 3 times now but my last one has been ignored. I take it that once they get your cash - in this case it was £1,700 of our pension money, they don't want to know. Very angry and disappointed. Do not use these guys!

Would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy, came to cut hedge, asked them to cut it back like neighbors they had just done, hardly cut the hedge my husband of 73 had to go out and cut it with hand shears, climb ladders to cut the top, and to top it all off they charged me £250 talk about ripping pensioners off, this is no joke. Neighbors had to have them back do told them I wasn't happy and wanted some of my money back , they said no way, cut one branch off and went. Pensioners beware.
