we asked at 3pm if we could check in early as we arrived in the area a little earlier than planned,they said no but your room will be ready at 4pm (original check in time)went for a walk came back at 4,still wasnt ready...waited 20 mins to check they were or not,finally got checked in,we booked 3 rooms all in one booking, turned out they were all on different floors to each other...rooms are spacious and clean just a shame we had a room at the front...got woken up at 2am by someone in the market pressure washing racking for nearly 2 hours constantly...so our nice relaxing night away wasnt very relaxing...so avoid the rooms near the front road/market side

Attended a conference at the Continental for three days. Stayed at Fraser Place which is in a pricey area of London (central business district). An apartment complex where you can stay well and where a very simple breakfast is served in the morning. Only point of criticism is the heat, installation of air conditioning is advisable. Fortunately the balcony door could be opened to get comfortable. Very friendly personnel.
