My partner and I went to Fratello’s today for lunch. This place was recommended to us by our friends previously so we were excited to try it. What a disappointment it was. We ordered 2 Carbonara meals and there was no consistency at all between the two. The Spaghetti Carbonara was drowning in sauce, it was runny, almost like a soup. The Penne Carbonara had a much thicker sauce, but the bacon/pancetta tasted raw. The sauce overall was very bland, it lacked flavour and needed significantly more salt. It was white rather than yellow and it did not look appetising at all. We found the female waiting staff quite unfriendly, as if our presence was bothering them. And to top if off, my partner was given a glass with lipstick on it! Clearly has been used by someone else or not washed properly. I felt it was a waste of money and was better off going to a chain restaurant.

First time visiting Fratello's and was very impressed by the warm, genuine greeting on arrival, the quick service and the great pizzas. Will be definitely visiting again in the very near future! Dietary restrictions: Offer lots of vegetarian options. Gluten free options are also available.

Amazing authentic tasting , excellent quality food and outstanding customer service. In addition My special Mrs accidentally ordered the wrong pizza online and fratellos changed it after having made the pizza she ordered. Thank you will be back to dine in soon.
