Awful service. As a potential customer (wanting to rent a property and obviously paying agency fees) i was not treated in the way i should have been. The agent knowing that he would need to arrange further paperwork for guarantors for myself and my partner he ignored or simply brushed off all aspects of communication. Every time i managed to talk to the agent and ask whether the landlord would accept guarantors, he advised and that the landlord was happy with guarantors and that he would get the ball rolling. But never did. After about a month of constant phone calls and emails to the agent we eventually gave up and went through another estate agent for a property in the same building a few months later. I can say that the original property was empty even after a few months after we had moved in just a few flats down. It was still on the website so the landlord was still looking for a tenant. Me and partner would also see the same agent showing people around the flat but obviously never had any luck. My opinion is that the particular agent we dealt with was lazy and wanted to wait for a tenant with the least amount of paperwork possible. I have advised friends and family to stay clear of this estate agent as they would probably waste their time and there is no such thing as an 'easy and quick' sale or letting so who knows who the agent would have allowed!
