I worked at the Elstree office as a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant for near enough six years. Whilst the general working environment was ok, the management was extremely poor, disorganised and amateurish. In order to cut costs within the warehouse they went from two to one person only. This placed far too much responsibility on the one person remaining to do all the work. The burden was far too great in order to make it a fulfilling role. Help was never forthcoming from office staff unless it suited their needs. Always trying to save the pennies. They say Fujitsu has great team members and that everyone works in a team. Sure the office staff sat on their a**es all day upstairs whilst the one warehouse person drowned in work downstairs, I don't call that teamwork. Totally unfair. For the salary they pay it's simply not worth it. The only regret I have is I didn't come out of my comfort zone earlier. A dead end company to work for. Salaries are barely raised inline with inflation each year. Going by their huge profit margins on spare parts and units, this is a kind of human exploitation. Good riddance I say.
