Sadly, I have experienced twice the wonderfully professional service that Luff offers this year. They are sensitive, respectful, kind and very accomodating at an incredibly stressful time for families. My only suggestion would be that the head office tweak their packages to accomodate these incredibly difficult times with Covid when some elements of the packages are not able to be offered. But we were so grateful for everything they delivered and their support.
